1. General Terms

By purchasing from Aloof, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments

We accept payments via UPI (all UPI services in India) and also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services. Orders are processed upon successful payment confirmation. Aloof reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and courier service.

A minimum of 4 days and a maximum of 7 days is to be expected.

Aloof is not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We offer hassle-free returns and refunds within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Refunds are processed upon successful quality inspection of the returned item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, designs, and branding, is the exclusive property of Aloof. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aloof is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in maharashtra.
